All OUTFITTERS/GUIDES are to be aware that the presence of their names or the names of their companies are listed on the WHERE2HUNT.NET website at their own risk. Since our initial launch, we have repeatly sent email correspondence to all outfitters listed on WHERE2HUNT.NET stating that they are listed on our site. WHERE2HUNT.NET, its parent company (P.D.I., Inc. ), or its representatives are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss, injury, any direct/indirect, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising out the access or the use of WHERE2HUNT.NET or arising out of the inability of anyone to access or use the services or information available at the WHERE2HUNT.NET website. By allowing their names to be included in the WHERE2HUNT.NET database, ALL GUIDES/OUTFITTERS listed in the WHERE2HUNT.NET website hereby waive any and all claims against WHERE2HUNT.NET, its parent company (P.D.I., Inc.), or its representatives arising out of any and all consequences by the users of the WHERE2HUNT.NET website or services, including but not limited to slander, contract disputes, non-payment of debts,cancellation of bookings, injuries sustained, and any and all miscommunications between guide/outfitter and the consumer who uses, used, or had access to the WHERE2HUNT.NET to contact such guide/outfitter.
ALL GUIDES/OUTFITTERS listed on the WHERE2HUNT.NET website will be fully responsible for the accuracy of all their information found on WHERE2HUNT.NET in regards to their specific company's correct name or names, website address identification (URL ), species hunted, state or states in which such guide/outfitter hunts, all telephone and fax numbers, and email addresses. All outfitters and guides are responsible to contact WHERE2HUNT.NET, through written or electronic correspondence, for the purpose of notification of any and all future changes to their information in order to maintain an accurate and up to date WHERE2HUNT.NET database. WHERE2HUNT.NET, its parent company (P.D.I., Inc.), or its representatives can and will not be responsible or held liable for keeping accurate information unless written correspondence or appropriate email has been timely forwarded to us.
DREAM HUNT CONTEST RULES: Where2Hunt.net, at this time, has 4 Dream Hunt contests a year. The drawing for the Dream Hunts are performed 3 months after the Dream Hunt is initially promoted on the Where2Hunt.net web site, ie: March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of the present year.
All Dream Hunts are only donated by outfitters wishing to exchange their specific contracted, donated hunt for a Platinum listing on Where2Hunt.net web site. Each Dream Hunt is specific to that outfitter's contracted hunt with Where2Hunt.net and often will include items that other hunts do not have and visa versa. Contestants are registering for the Dream Hunt being promoted at the time they register. In order to register again for the next Dream Hunt, the contestant will have to re-register after the closing date of the hunt he originally registered for. Contestants will be able to register only one email address/telephone number for each Dream Hunt entered!!
Dream Hunt winners are chosen randomly by our computer program. There is no manual control over the winning draw. Once a winner's name has been drawn, an email will be send notifying the recipient that he is the Dream Hunt winner and that he must reply within 5 days of the date of the email from us to obtain the specific information regarding the Dream Hunt he has won. If the recipient does not reply by email within 3-4 days, Where2Hunt.net will attempt to reach the winner using the phone number registered during the last 24-48 hour period. If there is no response by email or by telephone search, a new winner will be drawn randomly by our computer program, and the prior winner will no longer be considered the winner for that Dream Hunt.
When the winner replies by email or telephone, he will be given the outfitter's information and the exact specifics of the hunt donated. If the winning hunter does not desire to accept the hunt as presented, a new winner will be drawn randomly by our computer program, and the prior winner will no longer be considered the winner of that Dream Hunt.
It will be the responsibility of the Dream Hunt winner to contact the outfitter who donated the hunt and to set up his hunt whenever convenient with the outfitter and the winner. Where2Hunt.net does have a written contract with the all outfitters donating the Dream Hunt, and all information of that contract will be voiced or written to the Dream Hunt winner. If any confusion becomes evident between the winning hunter and the outfitter, Where2Hunt.net will attempt to help correct any misunderstanding between the hunter and outfitter; however, WHERE2HUNT.NET, its parent company, P.D.I., Inc., or its representatives, are not and will not be liable to any Dream Hunt winner or donating outfitter for any loss, injury, or any direct/indirect, consequential, punitive, financial or any similar damages arising out of any Dream Hunt.
All Dream Hunt winners hereby waive any and all financial or other claims against WHERE2HUNT.NET, its parent company (P.D.I., Inc.), and its representatives arising out of your WHERE2HUNT.NET Dream Hunt and its negotiations with any outfitter. Where2Hunt.net is not and will not guarantee, endorse nor will Where2Hunt.net be responsible for any of the services, actions, financial contracts, expenses, information obtained from any guide/outfitter, or any performances of the guides/outfitters of any WHERE2HUNT.NET Dream Hunt. Where2Hunt.net, PDI, INC., the President of PDI, INC., and the Staff of Where2hunt.net are not responsible for any action or damages that any Dream Hunt winner may incur directly or indirectly, physically/mentally, financial or time related occurrences from its Dream Hunt or the information provided on the Where2Hunt.net site.
When entering the Dream Hunt Sweepstakes, all registrants are responsible for giving a working, non-filtered, email address so they may be contacted if and when they are chosen as the winner. If an email address is bounced back anytime as "undeliverable", the registrant's name will be removed from the database.
