For a high adventure hunting camp for big game such as Mule Deer, Whitetail, Elk, Bear, Mountain Lion, Sheep, or Antelope, you have come to the right place.
Licensed Montana outfitter since 1971. Hunting primarily on horseback. Comfortable tent camps. Backcountry camps on Gallatin and Helena National Forests. Ranch hunts in mountain foothills of central Montana.
A Fully Guided Hunt is offered for archery and rifle seasons. There is one guide per each two hunters, and all cooking is provided by a competent camp cook.
Trophy hunts, with one hunter per guide, are available by special arrangement for all hunting seasons.
An Economy Rifle Hunt includes the services of a fully guided hunt, but three hunters share the guide. The Economy Archery Hunt includes a cook and wrangler, plus pack stock for three hunters.
Archery Hunts:
Our Primary ELK Archery Hunts are in the high mountain country during the Height of the RUT. You will see a sneaky Big Mule Buck and a few Good Bears during your hunt.

Rifle Hunts:
Most of our rifle hunts are conducted on a private lease, where there are plentiful Elk, Mule Deer, and Whitetail Deer. We have seen an Increase in the Mule Deer Population with some really trophy sized bucks waiting for you.
Antelope hunting is an option in combination with Elk and Deer on early hunts.
Antelope Hunts:
We guide Antelope hunts for both bow and rifle on ranchland in central Montana. Antelope hunting is fun! Do plenty of shooting before your hunt, because they don't stand around waiting for you to figure things out. Ask about our many combination hunts.

Nonguided Elk and Deer Hunts:
This hunt is available in the Elkhorn Mountains throughout archery and rifle season for 2-6 hunters per six day period. Cost is $900.00 per person. We pack you into a backcountry camp, and return for you and your game on an appointed day. The camp is completely furnished.

Bighorn Sheep:
Our Ramshorn Lake camp is in Unlimited Bighorn District 300. This is a storybook setting for the ideal sheep hunt. Elevation ranges from 8500 to 10,000 feet, "the top of the world". Our rams are heavy-horned and well broomed back.

Bear Hunts
Most of our bears are a mahogany or cinnamon color phase. our bear population is almost ideal in age structure and reproductive rate. We see plenty of bears! All hunting is by spotting and stalking.
